የባህል ፣ ቱሪዝም እና ስነጥበባት ጉድኝት የክልሉን ህዝቦች ባህል በሚያሳድጉ እና ንቃተ ህሊናዉን በሚያጎለብቱ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ አሰተዋጽኦ ሊያበረክቱ የሚችሉ ስድስት ቡድኖችን በዉስጡ አቅፎ የተቋቋመ ነዉ፡፡ ይኸ ጉድኝት የአማራ ህዝብ በሃገር ግንባታና በሃገረ መንግስት ምሥረታ ያበረከተውን ከፍተኛ ድርሻ፣ ለስልጣኔ የተጫዎተውን ሚናና ለዚሁም መጠበቅ የከፈለውን ዋጋ በማሳወቅ፣ ብሔራዊ መግባባትን ለመፍጠር በሚደረገው ጉዞ አስተዋጽኦ ማድረግን ዓላማ አድርጎ የሚሰራ ነው፡፡ በተጨማሪም፣ በአማራ ክልል ብሎም በኢትዮጵያ ለተስተካከለ ማህበረሰባዊ አኗኗርና የሰብዕና ዕድገት መሰረት የሚሆኑ ጡቦችን ለማቆም ዓላማ አድርጎ የወጠነና በሳይንሳዊ መንገድ ለመስራት የተደራጀ ክፍል ነው፡፡ ስለሆነም፣ የባህል መበልጸግ ለማህበረሰብ ዕድገት፣ ለሃገር ግንባታ፣ ለሰከነና ዘላቂነት ላለው መስመር ለያዘ አስተዳደር መሠረት መሆኑን በማመን፣ ለተመሰቃቀለ ማህበራዊ ህይወትና ፖለቲካ ሥርዓት መነሻ የሆኑ የተዛቡና የተፈጠሩ ታሪኮችን በማረም ላይ የቅድሚያ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ ይሰራል፡፡ የአማራን ህዝብ ትክክለኛ ገፅታ በማሳወቅ ከሌሎች ወንድም ሕዝቦች ጋር ተስማምቶ የሚኖርበትን ምቹ ሁኔታ ማመቻቸትን የትኩረት ነጥቡ ያደርጋል፡፡ የአማራ ህዝብ በሃገር ግንባታና በሃገረ መንግስት ምሥረታ ያበረከተውን ክፍተኛ ድርሻ ለትውልዱ በሆነውና በተፈጸም ልክ ያሳውቃል፡፡
ጉድኝቱ በዚህ ላይ ተመስርቶ የሚከተሉትን ተግባራት በጥናትና ምርምር ለይቶ የተግባር እንቅስቃስ ለማድረግ ተዘጋጅቷል፡፡ የአማራ ህዝብ ቀና ብሎ እንዳይሄድ፣ ድምጽ አውጥቶ እንዳይናገር፣ ተሸማቆና ሰግቶ እንዲኖር የተደረገበት የስነልቦና ዘመቻና የስሜት ጭቆና መጠገን ላይ ትኩረት ያደረጉ የስነጥበብና አካላዊ ጤናን የሚያደላድሉ ስራዎችን ያከናውናል፡፡ በስነልቦናው ላይ የደረሰበትን ስብራትና በማንነቱ ላይ የተሰራበትን ደባና ድንግሪያ ማስተካከል የሚያስችሉ የተቀናጁ ተግባራትን በሳይንሳዊ መንገድ አጥንቶ የማስተካከያ ስራዎችን ያከናውናል፡፡
በክልላችን ውስጥ ያሉ ባለዉለታዎችን በመዘከር፣ መካነ ቅርሶች፣ ተፈጥሯዊ፣ ታሪካዊና ሰው ሰራሽ መስህቦችን በመመዝገብና በማስተዋወቅ ለገጽታ ግንባታና ጥቅም የሚውሉበትን ምቹ ሁኔታ መፍጠር፤ የክልሉን ሕዝብ ታሪክና የአሰፋፈር ሁኔታ አጥንቶ የመረጃ ቋት ማዘጋጀት፤ የማንነት ጥያቄ በተነሱባቸው አካባቢዎች ከቋንቋ፣ ከባህልና ከታሪክ ጋር በተያያዘ ያሉ መስረጃዎችን ማሰባሰብ፤ የተመረጡ ጥንታዊ የስነጽሑፍ ስራዎችን በቀላል አቀራረብ ለህጻናት በማስተማሪነት እና በንባብ መለመመጃነት ለማዋል የሚያስችል ፕሮጀክት መቅረጽ፤ ለቱሪስት ፍሰትና ቆይታ ምቹ ሁኔታዎቸን የሚፈጠሩ እንዲሁም መዳረሻውን በሚያሰፉና ገቢውን በሚያሳድጉ ስራዎችና ላይ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ ይሰራል፡፡
The Culture, Tourism and Arts cluster comprises of six teams that are assumed to augment the course of cultural development and awareness creation in the region. The cluster aims at contributing its part in the process of bringing about national consensus by promoting the significant contributions the Amhara people comply in the nation and state-building process, the role they have played in bringing about civilization and the cost they have paid to protect the country. Thus, it is scientifically organized unit to lay the foundations for a better social and human development in the Amhara region and Ethiopia at large. Therefore, taking in to account that well developed culture is the basis for community development, nation-building, stable and sustainable administration, it focuses on amending distorted and fabricated narrations that are serving as roots of chaos in the transgressions of disrupting the social and political order. It also emphasizes in divulging the true face of the Amhara people and facilitates harmony with others. Besides it meticulously and rigorously record and transferred the significant contribution the Amhara people for the coming generations.
Based on this, the cluster has identified the following activities through research and is ready to move forward. It carries out arts and physical health-focused undertakings that aim at averting the psychological war and propaganda spread to prevent the Amhara people from expressing themselves, exercising their rights, and to force them to live in fear and anxiety. To that end it scientifically studies and corrects the coordinated abash waded to inflict upon the Amhara people and to rehabilitate the psychological trauma and dementia.
Creating a conducive environment for the construction and use of museums, artefacts, natural, historical and man-made attractions by commemorating the debtors in our region; Study the history and settlement status of the people of the region and set up a database; Gather evidence related to language, culture and history in areas of identity; Develop a project to use selected ancient literary works in a simple presentation as a teaching and reading practice for children; It focuses on activities that create favourable conditions for tourist flow and stay as well as expanding access and increasing revenue.
